The Realty World offices located throughout Kentucky have been a consistently growing and expanding enterprise throughout our existence.  Since 1973, Realty World International has been a worldwide leader in innovation and excellence in the industry.  As of today, we have 11 offices in Kentucky with several more expected to join our ranks in the coming months and years.  Kentucky is fortunate to have access to Realty World Franchise Directors in the local market.  Sandy and Bill Adams have been partners with Realty World since 2004 and have built a very successful brokerage from the ground up and currently manage over 30 Realtors within their personal offices and have helped develop and support the other offices in Kentucky.

 

In 2022, the Realty World Kentucky offices were involved in over 600 real estate transactions exceeding more than $100 million in sales. This results in an economic impact to the local area exceeding $28 million to local ancillary businesses.  These statistics have been consistently increasing at a market exceeding rate for the last 16 years. Additionally, our office has been a consistent supporter of local charities, events and youth programs.
